Goal focused coaching

Are you a quick-start person but tend to lose momentum?

Do you have ideas but could use help with creating a plan?

This is best suited for the individual who already has a goal in mind and just needs that extra push and accountability. 

Together we will set specific goals and milestones, develop an action plan, create paths through roadblocks and examine supports and resources. I will be there to keep you focused and stay the course to successfully meet your goal.

Sessions are one hour with additional progress check-ins.
