Journaling can help you meet your goals or improve your quality of life. This practice can look different for each and every person. The outcomes can vary but in most cases are positive.

You can search the internet and find hundreds of journal prompts but here are a few of my favorites:

  • Where do I hold myself back?

  • What do I secretly believe about myself that stops me from living life to the fullest?

  • What 5 things do I love about myself?

  • If you couldn't fail what would you do?

  • Where in my life would perseverance and determination make all the difference?

  • What am I passionate about and how can I do more of it?

  • What brings me joy and how can I bring more of that into my life?

  • What am I grateful for?

  • With whom do I need to set firmer boundaries with?

  • Describe a day where I would feel truly loved and valued - what would be different?

As your coach, I can work with you to explore these thoughts and others.
